Lulu studied film at Bristol University and, after working for the BBC and various production companies in Bristol, she moved to London and began work as a live-studio producer for PCCW and as an on-location director for Thomas Cook & Travel Channel.
She later joined Channel 5 as a factual commissioning assistant and then onto an acquisitions executive, where she was responsible for series such as Ice Road Truckers; Big, Bigger Biggest; The Secret of the Sphinx and Bermuda Triangle.
After Channel 5, Lulu worked at Tigress Productions she worked with the commercial team to develop creative ideas and gain factual commissions from channels including National Geographic Channel, Discovery, BBC and pre-sales from distributors including Endemol and BBC Worldwide. Her shows include Croc Man, Hippo Life, After Death and Nature Shock.
During the last 3 years Lulu was responsible for the distribution of various entertainment series in Asia, Middle East and Europe to channels including HBO, FOX and Chello-Media as well as developing commission ideas for C4 and C5 in the UK.
For New Earth Films, Lulu sources broadcast commissions and funding from UK, European and US channels for high-quality factual propositions for broadcast and worldwide sales.
