Kevin is the founder of New Earth Films, were he is an executive producer and managing director.
He first started his career as a lighting cameraman, a passion that first started at the age of 12, and is something that he still enjoys and practises today. He studied at the National Film and TV School in the UK.
He has worked closely with many international broadcasters including Discovery and National Geographic to produce and film numerous shorts and long form content.
His work has taken him to over a 130 countries, from the North Face of Mt.Everest to Antarctica. In fact, it was here where sitting out a storm, he conceived the idea of New Earth Films.
Being an experienced geologist, open water diver and mountain leader complements his eye as a photographer and environmentalist. These skills and passions blend perfectly into New Earth.
He also enjoys sharing his experiences gained on the road with New Earth and runs courses on Hostile Environment Film Training. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS) which reflects a deep understanding of the physical world, and a member of the Guild of Television Cameramen, which nurtures the craft of cinematography (GTC).
